June Social Media Club

The next Enterprise Ireland Social Media Club will take place on the morning of Friday, June 17th. The theme of this free seminar will be around the challenges of developing a “Corporate Voice” on the social web. For many companies this is the most difficult aspect of embracing social media: enabling the technology is trivial (anyone can create a Facebook Page), but figuring out what you want to talk about, and who in the company could and should say it, can be the downfall of many well-intentioned social media initiatives.

Thankfully, there’s plenty of good examples of innovative Irish SMEs who have dipped their toes into social media and lived to tell the tale: we’re delighted to announce that the June Social Media Club will feature a case study of how the team at TicketSolve (along with their partners at Steak) have harnessed the power of their staff as social ambassadors  to build a thought-leadership platform and enhance the reputation of the company.
