The Forum on Public Procurement in Ireland (FPP) is hosting its annual conference in Dublin on Wednesday May 25th. The conference, which will be chaired by Mr Justice Frank Clarke, will gather key players in public procurement along with private sector expertise. The aim of the conference is to maximise the value for money achieved for expenditure on public procurement at national level, while also accommodating the requirement of Irish suppliers in an open and competitive market.

The one-day conference takes place at the O’Callaghan Alexander Hotel, Fenian Street, Dublin 2. Registration commences at 9am; included in the morning session are the conference’s Keynote Address by Phil Hogan, TD, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, a talk (Growth through Procurement) by Frank Ryan, CEO Enterprise Ireland, and a Q&A segment. After lunch, there will be a series of Breakout Sessions, followed by the Chairman’s Summary at 5pm.

Those interested in attending should contact Breda Byrne, Forum on Public Procurement in Ireland, 01-4020810 or by email at info@fpp.ie. You can also register to attend directly by visiting the FPP website.
