Enterprise Ireland is hosting a half-day information seminar on Tendering Opportunities with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Monday AM, 13 June 2011.

The seminar will include presentations on the:

• Structure of the EBRD and how it operates
• Geographic markets in which the EBRD operates
• Procurement process and requirements
• Categories of goods and services purchased by the EBRD
• How Enterprise Ireland can support companies with a strategic focus on markets where EBRD invests

The RDS has seen many big events over the years; Rugby Internationals,  Horse Shows and even Bruce Springsteen concerts. But perhaps the biggest event, at least from the viewpoint of the Irish Economy, is happening next week; Enterprise Ireland’s International Markets week where (at the time of writing) 660 EI clients will meet my overseas colleagues all with aim of gaining more exports, and export led jobs.
